He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Lackey and Emma Kleine (Claxton); and his siblings, Hargon "Abby" Abinathy, Dorris Garrison and Ruth Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Lackey (Just); his children, Dianna McClelland of Centralia, Tressa Walden of Centralia, Paul Glass (Stacy) of Evansville and Emmie Wacker (Jamison) of Mount Vernon, Indiana; his grandchildren, Samantha Tate (Jason) of Centralia, Shaffer McClelland of Centralia, Ellie McClelland of Centralia, Nichole Qualls (Josh) of Centralia, Timothy Walden of Terre Haute, Mercedes "Sadie" Wacker of Mount Vernon and Jorden Wacker of Mount Vernon, Indiana; and his great grandchildren, Cadenze Johnson, Michael Qualls and William Qualls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
