It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene V. Scheller of Mount Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Niemeier and Magdalene Niemeier (Rexing); her daughter Linda Jean Scheller; and her siblings, Amelia Horstman, Agnes Scheller, Marie Koressel and Ray Niemeier.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Ann Scheller, Elaine Elpers (Kevin), Fred Scheller, Bill Scheller (Connie), Alvin Scheller (Connie), Robert Scheller (Kathy) and Randy Scheller (Mary).
