He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Swartz and Blanche Swartz (Machovsky). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Swartz; his children, Joey-Kay Swartz, Michael Swartz and Chuck Swartz (Mariska); his grandchildren, Sam-Michael Swartz, Kayley Swartz, Collin Swartz and Ty Swartz; and his great grandchild Harper Henderson.
