With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Goldie Marshall of Mount Vernon, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arby David and Daisy Mason (Blackford); her husband Donald Marshall; and her brother Dennis Wayne Mason. She is survived by: her children, Steve Marshall (Dee), Rick Marshall (Heidi), Michael Marshall (Nancy) and Susan Chase (Jay); her grandchildren, Clayton Marshall, Amy Lamb (Kedrin), Audrey, MacKensey, Riley Marshall, Amy Hofmann (Jason), Damon Chase (Katelyn), Cody Chase, Daniel, Dustin and Dalton Marshall; her great grandchildren, Jace, Glen, Caroline Hofmann, Mackinley Marshall, Zuri, Lyza Lamb, Braxton, Rosalie Long and Declan Chase; and her siblings, Chuck Mason, Alfred Mason (Margaret), Jon Mason (Carolyn), Mary Gardener, Esther Johnson, Sharon Burdette (Bob), Cathy Wagner (George) and Martha Schaeffer (Ed). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
