She was predeceased by: her parents, Othell Giles and Melba Louise Giles (Baker); her son Geoffrey Paul Uhde; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Ethel Uhde; her sister Deena; her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Williams, Judy and Frank Alvis; and her grandchild Lacey Elizabeth Uhde.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Uhde; her children, Gregory Uhde (Sherry) of Robards, Kentucky, Gina Yegerlehner (Keith) of Louisville, Kentucky and Gayla Werry (John) of Poseyville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Rachel Dorsey (Caleb), Amanda Dyer (Marcus), Tyler Yegerlehner, Samantha Nieten (Tony), Jordan Newman (Wyatt) and Madison Werry; and her great grandchildren, Harrison, Decker Dyer, Clinton, Raegan, James Dorsey, Cora, Blakely Nieten and Sophia Newman. She is also survived by nephews and niece.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Werry Funeral Homes, Inc. (16 E Fletchall Ave, Poseyville, IN 47633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
