She was predeceased by: her parents, Othie Russell and Minnie Russell (Deckard); her husband Arthur Seibert; and her brother Louis Russell. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Kuhlman (Greg) and Vickie Roberts; her grandchildren, Jamie Bourne (Erik), Kristin Goldman, Nicole Steber (John), Alex and Stephanie Kuhlman; her great grandchildren, Blake, Allie Goldman, Bryce, Abbey, Mckynzie, Madyson Bourne, Isaac and Kaylin Steber; and her sister Lucille Ziegler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery (5500 Industrial Rd, Mt Vernon, IN 47620).
