He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parkinson and Irene Parkinson (Maddox); his former wife Barbara Parkinson (Schneck); his daughter Debbie Parkinson; and his sister Emma Jane Scott (Parkinson).
He is survived by: his wife Connie Parkinson (Bauer); his children, Jill Duncan (Miles) and Brian Parkinson (Landra); his grandchildren, Bryan "Max" Parkinson, Shon Duncan, Tiffany Magri (Mike) and Bradley Duncan (Kylie); his great grandchildren, Ella, Charlize Magri and Layla Duncan; his stepsons, Kenneth Rudibaugh II (Courtney) and Kyle Rudibaugh (Angie); and his stepgrandchildren, Jessie Rudibaugh, Matthew McCormick, Brady, Elijah, Henry and Wade Rudibaugh.
Due to the national health crisis, masks are required and social distancing should be observed.
