He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Deig (Menikheim) and Harold Deig; and his son Andrew Deig. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Deig (Meyer); his daughter Kate Bailey; his daughter-in-law Amy Deig; his stepchildren, Cory Sills (Mandy), Amber Jacobs (Granville) and Curt Sills (Kelly); his siblings, Judy Deig and Keith Deig (Letha); his nephews, Josh Deig (Summer) and Alex Deig (Sadie); and his grandchildren, Baylee, Sydney, Seth, Mac, Charlotte, Addison, Ella and Bronxton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel United Church of Christ or Immanuel Cemetery.
