It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Elliott of Mount Vernon, Indiana, born in Hazleton, Indiana, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman J. Elliott and Meriam Doris Elliott (Coonce); his wife Lily Mae Elliott (Bilderback); and his sister Barbara Stiles. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Elliott (Laura), Christine McNeese (Thomas), S. Kathleen Smith (C. Andrew), Kenneth Elliott (Theresa) and Ryan Elliott (Shannon); his grandchildren, Daniel, Donna Elliott, Elle, Katie, Addie McNeese, Drew, Kristen Smith, David, Destiny Elliott, Morgan, Evan and Selena Elliott; and his sister Carolyn Pearson (Elliott) of Mt. Carmel, Ill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the national health crisis, masks are required and social distancing should be observed.
