It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Williams of Mount Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Williams and Mary Williams (Henderson); his daughter Audrey Williams; and his sister Betty Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Debra Williams (Alldredge); his sons, Michael Carroll (Jamie) and James Robert Williams (Karissa Mowery); his grandchildren, Madyson Moore, Jacob and Luke Carroll; his great grandchildren, Huxton and Ridgely; his siblings, Jim Williams (Barbara), John Mooney (Stacey), James Edward Williams, Billy Cruse (Debbie), Dennis Cruse (Janet), Mitchell, Dale Cruse, Mary Capes, Linda Williams, Jo Bowen and Gale Whitlock; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Alex Mooney, Travis Williams, Ashley Cruse, Jessica, Lauren Wagner, Brittany Gottman (Kent), Jody Heuring and Jenny Funkhouser.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery (5500 Industrial Rd, Mt Vernon, IN 47620).
