It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Slygh of Mount Vernon, Indiana, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Betty Slygh to show support.

She was predeceased by: her father Woodrow Orth; her husband Mac; her daughter Lisa Blankenship; and her brother Bill Orth. She is survived by: her sons, Mac Slygh (Judy), Jim Slygh (Lisa), Bill Slygh (Donna) and Kevin Slygh (Annette); and her son-in-law Gary Blankenship. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Betty's memory may be made to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
