He is survived by: his daughters, Nicolette Leach (Caleb) and Skylar Juncker; his brother Thomas "Tommy" Juncker; his friend Debbie Kohut; his nieces, Lara Suenram and Jennifer Bonner; and his nephew Arnie Juncker.
