She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest and Mary Oak Moody (Atchison); her husband Marvin Collins; her daughter Kathy Collins-Vannetta; and her siblings, Orel Moody and Edith Moody Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Collins (Cindy) of Kokomo and Kevin Collins (Roxanne) of Springport; her grandchildren, Jason Collins, Jeremy Collins (Michelle), Cory Collins (Kami), Bethany Vannatta, Kaylee Vannatta (Jess), Kevin Collins II (Jennifer), Whitney and Chase; her sister Grace Thompson of Sebring, FL; and her son-in-law Jerry Vannatta. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Prairie Township Fire Department in Mt. Summit.
