He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer Cowell (Jennie); his children, Marilyn Kassidy Cowell and William David Cowell III; his parents, Joyce Shinault (Dennis) and William D. Cowell (Alison); his siblings, Karleigh Maroska, Erin Cowell, Elisabeth Canville and Nicholas Shinault; his brother-in-law David Clinger of Kevin Clinger; his grandparent Dorothy Moos of John Goulding; and his parents-in-law, Doris Clinger and John Clinger. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
