She is survived by: her significant other Travis Mayfield; her children, Misty Lambert (Rick), Brant Petrey (Holly), Katrina Trattner and Doug Boring (Brittany); her grandson Randy Mayfield (Becky); her daughters, Karla and Darla Mayfield; her grandchildren, Kaleb Lambert, Jakob Lambert, Kaitlynne Lambert, Taylour Halvorsen, Aubrea Trattner, Arik, Ashton Trattner, Austin Boring, Adilyn Boring and Aleah Boring; and her sister Judy Lamond. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
