Norman L. Winkler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023, at the age of 86, Norman L. Winkler in Morristown, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus A. Winkler and Edith Winkler (Shearer); his brother Allen Winkler; and his daughter Nora Lee Winkler. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Offutt; his daughters, Lurinda Smith (Charlie) of Rushville and Melissa Winkler of Rushville; his brother Jerry Winkler (JoEllen); his grandchildren, Elisabeth Eaton (Curt), David Smith (Emily) and Annika Marlow; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Winnie Eaton, Kolbe, Penelopy and Cordelia Smith; his niece Lia Comp (Keith); and his nephew Adam Winkler (Stacy).
