He is survived by: his son William "Scott" Brattain; his daughter-in-law Mary Brattain of Shelbyville; his daughter Pamela Brattain of Greensburg; and his grandson Jake Brattain of Shelbyville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
