It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Catherine Laird of Morristown, Indiana, born in Shelby, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell W. Coers and Mildred G. Coers (Kuhn); her husband Robert H. Laird; her siblings, Linda L. Mann and Nile D. Coers; and her granddaughter Briana Springman.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony W. Laird (Kerri) of Manilla, Roger D. Laird of Morristown and Susan L. Kuhn (Rex) of Morristown; her sister Nancy Brazier (David) of New Hampshire; her grandchildren, Stacy Rouse, Benjamin R. Kuhn (Megan), Russell T. Kuhn (Danielle), Tara L. Griffith (Jay), Mary C. Knepp (Joas), Emily C. Laird and Aaron Gobel (Teresa); her great grandchildren, Brooke Kuhn, Jo Kuhn, Jack Kuhn, Samantha Kuhn, Hannah Rouse, Mollie Rouse, Kyra Springman, Parker Springman, Alex Gobel, Abby Gobel, Micah Price (Adam) and Logan Vogler; and her sister-in-law Susan Coers of Shelbyville. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines requiring a mask and social distancing will be observed.
