He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Edward; and his brothers, Kevin "Mel" Farrell and Daniel "Duffy" Farrell. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Anne Farrell (Rybicki); his children, Anthony Joseph Farrell II (Courtney) and Malerie Louise Farrell; his granddaughter Presley Farrell; his siblings, Patrick Farrell (Carol), Brian Farrell (Denise), Colleen "Sis" Farrell, Christine Levy (Bill) and Mark Farrell (Kara); his siblings-in-law, Karen Menke (Jeff), Suzanna Farrell, Karen Farrell and Tom Rybicki (Kelly); his parents-in-law, Larry and Jean Rybicki; his uncle Mike Farrell; and his aunt Barb Farrell. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tony's memory to the Anthony Farrell Grandchildren's Education Fund at Professional Police Officer's Credit Union.
