He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric John Johnson and Everal Fleming Hayes (Fleming). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Beasy of Mt. Ayr; his daughters, Margie Pferrer (Drew) of Brownsburg, IN. and Bobbi Jo Flahive (Chip) of Brook; his grandsons, Cole Robert MacIntyre of Dublin, IN and Codie Michael MacIntyre (Celeste Tiberi) of Muster, IN.; his sister-in-law Audrey Johnson of Escondido, California.; his brothers, Gene, Paul and Mick; and his nieces, Harriett Overmeyer and Roselyn Rush. He is also survived by six nephews and two nieces.
