She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald O. Prather and Vera M. Prather (Kinnick); and her sisters, Marylin Wright and Janet Windell. She is survived by: her husband C. Earl Gray; her children, Jeri Ann Mitchell (Bruce) of Bargersville, Kathi Gray (Kathy Roberts) of Franklin, Mike Gray (Carrie) of Trafalgar and Mark Gray (Cindy) of Trafalgar; her grandchildren, Michelle Bennett (John), Brian Mitchell (Amanda), Joshua Gray (Miranda), Justin Gray (Ashlie), Michaela Cheek (Nick), Katie Gray, Hannah Gray, Cody Roberts (Abby), Dakota Roberts (Haley), Luke Roberts, Noah Roberts and McKenna Roberts; her great grandchildren, Anthony Mitchell, Ella Mitchell, Kyle Mitchell, Bella Bennett, Everett Gray, James Roberts, Will Roberts and Matthias Cheek; her great great grandchild Tanner Mitchell; and also Ann Spahr.
