He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. and Virgie Fowler Sr. (Collins); his siblings, Elesmalee "Lee" Fowler, Thomas Fowler Jr., Robert Fowler and Orville Fowler; and his great grandchild Ava Skalsky.
He is survived by: his children, Billie Jo Fowler of Minnesota, Stacy Fowler of Minnesota, Paula Fowler of Minnesota and Paul Fowler Jr. of Minnesota; and his siblings, Allen Fowler (Judy), Leon Fowler, Mary Goodnight (Ron), Virginia Arnold (Gordon), Ruby Hartman and Maxine Branton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
