With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patty Tarter of Morgantown, Indiana, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Isabella McIntyre; and her nephew Jack Brannon.
