Kemp of Morgantown, Indiana, born in Paragon, Indiana, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Parson; her husband David L. Kemp; her son Chuck Kemp; and her siblings, Sheron Elkins, Patty Arnold, Sue Ellis, Lewis Parson, William "Bill" Parson, Richard Parson, Johnny Parson, Jimmie Parson and Mary Lou Casey.
She is survived by: her son David Kemp (Valerie) of Morgantown; her siblings, Virginia Perry of Brown County, Donald Parson of Morgantown and Judy Crider (Steve) of Florida; and her siblings-in-law, Patsy Williams (Barry) of Morgantown and Richard Kemp of Morgantown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
