He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Sr. Patrick and Maxine H. Patrick (Doss); and his children, Harry W. Patrick III, Tambra and Katrina.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra M. "Sandy" Patrick (Lundy); his brothers, Kenneth Patrick (Merrileen) of Brown County, Stanley Patrick of Brown County and William "Bill" Patrick (Linda) of Brown County; his grandchildren, Ryan Patrick, Tia Zeineldin, Joseph Patrick (Michele) and Cassandra Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Justin, Sam and Kayden.
