He was predeceased by: his parents, Clive N. Cromwell and Francis L. Cromwell (Maxwell); his son Thomas R. Cromwell; and his sister Paula Page. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Lee Purdue (Martin) of Coatesville; his grandchildren, Billy, Kyle, Kelsey, Christopher, Jake and Gus; and his siblings, Mary Hillenburg of Charlotte, NC and Thomas W. Cromwell (Bobbi) of Seymour. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
