He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Rose Neighbors. He is survived by: his father William Hascal Neighbors; his wife Kyra Lynn Neighbors of Morgantown, Indiana; his children, Johnny Neighbors of South Carolina, Lynsie Neighbors of Morgantown, Indiana, Katie Neighbors of Morgantown, Indiana and Kristie Neighbors of Portland, Indiana; his brother James Neighbors (Sheena) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Erinessa Neighbors and Aryana Neighbors.
In leu of flowers, contributions may be made to Franklin Community Future Farms of America and the Lynsie Marie Neighbors Scholarship for the continuation of her nursing program.
