He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "Pete" and Alta Louise Watkins (Dilley). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Watkins; his sons, Gary Randall Watkins and Larry Edward Watkins; his granddaughter Skyler Watkins; and his brother Wendell Watkins.
The family wishes any memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in Butch's name.
