He is survived by: his father Jerrell Clephane (Gloria) of Indianapolis; his daughters, Brittany Cook (Scott) of Martinsville and Misty Bryant (Levi) of Morgantown; his sisters, Rhonda Nation (Wayne) of Brazil, Kim Christie of Washington and Leah Neal (Jeff) of Martinsville; and his grandchildren, Brianna Cook of Monrovia, Christopher Cook of Monrovia, Vada Cook of Monrovia, Bentley Collins of Morgantown, Braylie Bryant of Morgantown and Rylee Bryant of Morgantown.
