She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Merrilee Luse of Monticello, Indiana; her granddaughter Tracie Culp (Mark) of Monticello, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Brittany Whitaker (Seth) of Monticello, Whitley Culp of Monticello and Jacob Culp of Monticello, Indiana; her great great grandchildren, Madison Whitaker of Monticello, Sophia Whitaker of Monticello, David Lee Whitaker of Monticello, Ellie Gangnon of Monticello and Willow Gangnon of Monticello, Indiana; her brothers, Jerry Snider (Vickie) of Lafayette, Terry Snider (Penny) of Monticello and Billy Serman (Sandy) of Monticello, Indiana; her sister-in-law Mary Snider of LaPorte, Indiana; her parents, Martin W. "Nub" and Marguerite Snider (Polly); her husband Jess G. "Buck" Whitley; her sister Phyllis; her brother-in-law Wayne B. Clemans; and her brothers, Richard Snider and Jackie L. "Jack" (Jean Snider). She was also cherished by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Great Great Nieces, Great Great Nephews, Cousins.
