He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Fulton and Mable Fulton (Snavly); his wife Deanna J. Fulton (McRoy); his sisters, Evelyn Shelton, Norma Jean McPeak, Leona Mae Robinson and Nancy Lee Crafton; and his great grandchild Lucas Kean.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce L. Matthews (John) of Franklin, Bernard L. Fulton Jr. of Morgantown, Deana Elaine Hatfield (Bryan) of Franklin, RaJean K. Vehling of Martinsville and LaDonna M. Rivenbark (Darrel) of Visalia, CA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19, the family will have a public graveside service conducted by Rev. Andy Haynes on Friday at 4 p. m. at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown with Military Rites presented by the Martinsville American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars Honor Guards.
