She is survived by: her husband Toy Haynes; her son Jerry Haynes; her siblings, Andrew Hatfield, Tennessee Muse and Clara Jean Napier; and her children, Brenda Scott (Ron) of Jamestown, Connie Carlisle (Bob) of Martinsville, Cindy Moffitt (Jerry) of Granbury, TX and Steve Haynes (Susan) of Mooresville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
