It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Lee Vandagriff of Mooresville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his significant other Anna Whitehouse; and his daughter Deanne Sanders (Vandagriff). He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Cyndi; his grandchildren, Nicole Wolfe, Bryce Sanders, Callie Bazley and Adam Stahl; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
