He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Mings and Lucinda Mings (Holt); his wife Meredith Ann Mings (Walker); his son Randy Mings (Valerie); and his great grandchild DeAcon Ford.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Mings (Beth) and Cindy Roy (Buddy); and his grandchildren, Crystal Mings-Letness (Ronnie), Clarissa Mings, Michael John Faith (Katy), Kendall Roy, III (Sara), India Roy, Cassie Bonner and Andrew Mings.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Costin Funeral Chapel (539 E Washington St, Martinsville, IN 46151). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
