He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann McKinney (Neal); his children, Jessica A. Rike (Adam) of Mooresville and Thomas E. McKinney (Norma) of Mooresville; his grandchildren, Ty, Clayton, Adam, Zac, Kyler, Kali and Jebadiah; and his sister Annetta Sue Hoagland of Greensburg. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
