He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Jenkins (Wentworth) and Wilmer D. Jenkins; and his wife Betty "Becky" (Powell). He is survived by: his children, Becca Jenkins, Steven R. Jenkins, II and Michael Jones; his siblings, Ricky Jenkins, Ron Jenkins, Donna Jenkins, Tammy Pitrelli and Lucy Moore; and his grandchildren, Brandon Cashen, Steven K. Jenkins, Jaylin Jenkins and Xander Jenkins.
