He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaden Brizendine and Janece Brizendine (Cour); his wife Shirley Brizendine; his stepchildren, Connie and Kelly; and his brother Breck Brizendine.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele DeLeon (Dave); his stepchildren, Chrissy and Paul; and his brothers, Mike (Marilyn) and Mace (Amy Fox). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as a host of extended family and friends.
