He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta Richardson. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Hicks (Doris), Jeffrey Hicks, Brook Weidman (Jim), Sharon Bathory (Stefan), Kara Lynn Miner (Vance) and Pamela Starks (Steve); and his brother John Hicks of California. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
