She was predeceased by: her father Harold Hawkins; her husband Charles Dykes; and her siblings, Ralph, John, Raymond, Carl, Russell, David, Pat and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Dykes-White (Joe), Kimberly Brewster-McCubbin, Allen Dykes (Sherrie), Jodi Brewster-Tilford (Billy) and Kathy Dykes; her grandchildren, Shianne, Ashlea, Brandon, Morgan, Megan, Tayler, Billie-Jo, Kacey and Cooper; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Ethan, Alexis, Kylie, Piper, Olivia, Kamryn, Alex, Melody and Benjamin; and her sisters, Linda Kennemore (Jon) and Shawneka Walters (Chuck). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Sharon's honor can be made to the American Cancer Society (5635 W. 96th St. Ste.100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46278).
