He was predeceased by: his father Robert C. Rowlett; and his sister Dolores Endicott. He is survived by: his wife Romona Rowlett (Holloway); his daughter Teresa Proffitt (Steve); his stepdaughter Becky Achenbach (Caleb); his sisters, Judy Kientz (Gene) and Bonnie Dulin; his grandchildren, Zachary (Michelle), Colin (Laila), Avery, Aurora and Isabelle; and his great grandchild Abby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
