He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Lockwood and Catherine D. Scarbourgh (McMurray). He is survived by: his children, Dawn E. Gunnell (Frank), Accavitti, Kelly S. Campbell (Larry), Terry Jo Jackson (Rick) and Andy Hofer (Stephanie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
