He is survived by: his wife Daphne Emery of Mooresville; his daughters, Brittany Medeiros (Kyle) of Zionsville, Ashley Ferree (Evan) of Carmel and Brooke Rodriguez (Charlie) of Speedway; his brother Charles Emery (Danny Emery) of Tucson, AZ; and his grandchildren, Elliott Medeiros, Theodore Medeiros, Emelia Rodriguez, Henry Ferree, Camila Rodriguez, Hudson Ferree, Emerson Medeiros and Leonardo Rodriguez.
