He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Cooper and Mae Cooper (Brown); and his brother Everette Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Rene Cooper (Smith); his children, Randall Cooper (Lois) of Kentucky, David Cooper of Kentucky and Linda Cooper of Tennessee; his stepchildren, Scott Ryan Burke (Angela) of Avon and Kacey Small (Chad) of Thorntown; and his siblings, David Cooper of Brownsburg and Mary Smith of Danville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild.
