She was predeceased by: her father Robert Bursk; her spouse Russell E. Butters; and her sisters, Jerry and Donna. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Lentz (Scott), Becky Collins and Melissa Lane (Jim). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
