He was predeceased by: his father Ballard Turner. He is survived by: his wife Patty Turner (Carson); his siblings, David Wiley, Edward Wiley and Judy Draper; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Carson and Bill Carson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
