He is survived by: his wife Helen Coy (Utterback); his sons, Robert S. Coy of Martinsville and Gary Coy (Tracey) of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Crystal, Amy, Jaima, Kylee, Travis and Kenna; and his siblings, Donald Coy, Shirley Gordon and Georgia O'Neill. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
