He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Blanche (Moore) and Robert H. Howard; his wife Sharon A. (Bellamy); and his sister Doris Pursel. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery R. Howard (Laural), Becky L. Rinehart and Christine L. Kincanon (Brian); his grandchildren, Madeleine Howard, Amanda Howard, Jessica Howard, Ashley Kincanon, Logan Kincanon, Dylan Rinehart, Jenna Rinehart and Megan Hardin; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Leonard, C. J. Leonard, Brooklyn Leonard, Aria Rinehart and Emilee Howard. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
