He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harold Andrew and Marianna Andrew (Alsup); the mother of his children Sheila Weer (Sherrill); and his sons, Richard Stephen Andrew, Jr. and Barry Andrew.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Kennedy Andrew; his daughter Mary Siefert (Brian Burt); and his grandchildren, Jordyn Cobb (Evan), Braelyn Andrew, Keegan, Kaleb Siefert, Brandon and Erin Burt.
