He was predeceased by: his parents, Deke Horner and Olive Lusty (Kesterson). He is survived by: his wife Kay (Dillon); his sons, Rodney M. Horner (Leann) and Morgan L. Horner (Stacey); his grandchildren, Brendan and Ryan Horner; and his sons, Kary Smith (Thomas) and Cody Horner (Molly Newton).
