He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bell and Pauline Bell (Huffman); and his brother Robert "Bobby" Bell. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bell (Price); his children, Kent Bell, Amy Robinson (Tony) and Sarah Rogers (David); his sister Ruth Thompson (Charles); his grandchildren, Madison Grant (Tyler), Mitchel, Mandi Robinson, Grace Cooksey (Andy), Sierra Dulin (LaRon) and Bryanna Reece (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Luke Cooksey, Rylie Reece and Hattie Grant.
